At Gema Fast you choose what you need. Many customers order without a certificate for standard applications. For critical parts, a 3.1 certificate is the standard choice.
Certification Options
Standard Delivery
Delivery according to specification without additional paperwork.
The most economical and fast choice for non-critical applications.
2.1 Declaration
Declaration of compliance with the order, without test results.
The supplier declares that the products comply with the order. No test results mentioned.
2.2 Certificate
Declaration with test results of non-specific inspections.
Supplier declares conformity and provides results of own tests (not specific to this batch required, but performed).
3.1 Certificate
Most ChosenDeclaration with test results, validated by independent representative.
Specific test results (chemical & mechanical) of the supplied batch. Validated by an authorized inspector independent of production.
3.2 Certificate
Validated by producer AND independent external inspector (TÜV/DNV/Lloyd's).
For critical applications. Both producer and external inspector validate the test results.
